It was a couple of months ago that we were first approached about the Tom Dixon Howard Street store, and since then the entire project has been a bit of a whirlwind. With the spectacular opening last week it was obvious that all of this hard work had been well worth it!

The award recognises excellence in resin flooring design, technical expertise and project delivery, highlighting a bespoke installation completed in collaboration with Barbarella Studio.

Delivering flooring for a global luxury brand requires exceptional planning, precision and attention to detail. For the Louis Vuitton pop-up exhibition following London Fashion Week 2015, Sphere8 installed almost 1,500m² of seamless resin flooring, creating a striking foundation for one of the year's most talked-about retail experiences.

Those clients who have visited our showroom in West London will be familiar with our dockside site – straddling the Grand Union Canal. However, those who visited us in the White Building are yet to see our new contemporary Design Gallery in the wharf building over the bridge – a small but crucial change in the sales experience.

One of our most memorable projects was the installation of our DesignSphere flooring system at Thomas's School in Clapham, where we transformed the library with a stunning embedded map of Narnia.
